Erin is a creative strategist, digital product innovator and architect of teams that foster smart, creative thinking and create award-winning work. She founded Design for People to advocate for a people-centric approach to customer experience.
Erin lightheartedly describes her design focus and tech background as being “ambidextrous”. She brings 20 years of experience to Design for People, where she leads the creation and optimization of digital solutions, promotional campaigns and advertising, and content for a wide range of media and online training. Erin’s specialties are in health, education, recruitment, innovation, outreach campaigns and software applications. Erin has worked with great brands including AARP, FDA, Intel, Capital One, The Limited Brands, McGraw-Hill Education, PBS, comScore, Home Depot, Association for Talent Development and several Federal Government and DoD agencies. Her award-winning teams have won Telly, Web Marketing Association, GovTek, Webby, Forbes Best of the Web, Omni, Brandon Hall, and Horizon awards.
Erin learned the excitement of bringing new products to market when she started her career at Rosetta Stone in its early product days. She has hands-on experience with early stage start-ups and enjoys innovating with new technologies. Erin holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts with Distinction from James Madison University.
When she’s not delighting clients and bringing in new work, she enjoys being with her amazing family, biking, practicing yoga, and dreaming of her next big adventure.
