Summary
Association for Talent Development (ATD) launched a robust on-demand eLearning program for their flagship Adult Learning Certificate Program.
Challenge
Previously the certification was only offered through lengthy onsite classroom training. ATD wanted to expand its courseware offering to online learning for its convenience and flexibility for their membership and students.
Project Approach and Results
In partnership with ATD and YMLearning, we designed custom courseware interactions and narrated animations for the online learning program.
The Adult Learning Certificate Program consists of eight 60-90 min courses and a capstone. Each course offers engaging narrated animations to educate learners on core adult learning theory and custom interactive exercises, knowledge checks and case studies to test their knowledge. Learners earn credits towards the prestigious CPLP Certification (Certified Professional in Learning and Performance). The program has been tremendously successful since launch.
